In the nonwoven fabric production process, ovens and ironing machines are two common post-processing devices. These devices are typically used after major processing steps such as cross lapper and needle punching machine to ensure the nonwoven fabric has suitable properties and appearance.
Ovens are used to remove moisture from the nonwoven fabric, preventing excessive moisture absorption by the fibers and maintaining the product's stability, strength, and other physical properties.
After the nonwoven fabric is dried, ironing machines can further improve its appearance, feel, density, and strength through hot pressing.
