This vibrating feeder is used for medium to coarse denier fibers to store the opened fiber and then facilitate the transfer of an even layer or even quantity of fiber across the width of the machine to feed the next carding process.
Function and characteristics :
1.The machine blends the opened fibers further and feed the even batt by vibrating to the next process. It can be applied for polyester, viscose, nylon, pp, glass fiber, etc.
2. The spike and oblique lattice feeds the fiber delivered by main opener. The evener roller will remove the extra fiber and the stripper will strip the fiber and then the fibers drop to the vibrating cabin. The Start-Stop of the spike and oblique latticewill be controlled by the Photoelectric to make sure the fibers cubage and balance.
3. As there are many kind of the fibers, the hanging fiber will appear in the stripper, evener roller or wool board. This will affect the quality and evenness of the fiber. If this happens, it should be removed in time
